JOB SUMMARY:

- Reporting to the Head of Performance and Reward, this role has key responsibility for managing day-to-day activity within the Comp & Benefits team, as well as supporting on running the organisation wide Rewards and Recognition scheme and special projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Compensation & Benefits

1.Monitor salary structures and benefits programs including review and analyze market benchmarking to ensure external competitiveness, internal equity.

2.Participates in C&B surveys and conduct salary information analysis to provide proposal for annual promotion, merit increase.

3.Design the basic compensation structures in the organization (grading system, job evaluation, job description policy, promotion policy, etc) aligned with the corporate culture and the corporate values

4.Develop salary ranges to ensure easy of hiring

5.Design and review the sales incentive schemes for different business channels and ensure they are timely implemented and communicated

6.Prepare data and analytics to facilitate compensation decision making

7.Design, develop and implement competitive C&B policies and systems that support company growth and objectives.

8.Independently maintain relationship and communication with business department and HR managers

9.Act as a recognized subject matter expert, advising HR and business managers.

Policy Making and Management

1.Review current policies in line with market practices

2.Provide qualitative and quantitative inputs to enhance HR policies

3.Build new personnel policies based on business growth and budget affordable

4.Play a role as a policy keeper

Rewards and Recognition (R&R)

1.Effectively implement the prevailing R&R scheme

2.Review current R&R scheme in line with market practices

3.Provide qualitative and quantitative inputs to enhance HR policies

4.Build new personnel policies based on business growth and budget affordable

5.Play a role as a gate keeper for the R&R process

MEASURES OF SUCCESS:

- Accuracy and timeliness of payouts

- Documentation maintained/signoffs

- Timely response to internal/external queries

- Supervisor Feedback.

- Continuous improvements in the compensation process for improved TATs

MINIMUM EDUCATION:

MBA/PGDM in Human Resource

MINIMUM/SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE:

- 5-8 years in compensation and benefits related function

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

- Strong and proven analytical skills

- Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)

- Excellent Communication skills

- Networking and Influencing skills

- Strong Negotiation skills

- Strong Time Management skills

- Self-management skills

- Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines

- Team Player
