Deputy Manager - HR (ER)

Currently we have a requirement with us for an Employee Engagement professional.

The role description is as follows:

- Primary responsibility of reducing attrition rates and increasing engagement levels.

- Design and deliver programs that support the above.

- Will be responsible for employee engagement right from onboarding to the exit stage.

- Will need to have regular interface with the employees; understand concerns and propose solutions or mechanisms to address issues.

- The individual will also be responsible for tracking and analyzing metrics; share engagement dashboards with internal customers at a regular frequency and draw up action plans based on trends identified.

- We are looking at candidates who have worked on OD initiatives for at least 1 year and have the ability to plan and prioritize ones work; take complete ownership; be able to connect with employees across levels and cultures.
