HR Business Partner (Deputy Manager) for Captive Unit
Consult with business leaders regarding organization/people strategy and execution, providing thought leadership and proactive solutions.
- Create people management excellence in client groups using communication, coaching and organization design/development expertise.
- Lead client group through core HR processes/programs (performance management, compensation planning, employee surveys, and workforce planning).
- Provide insightful analytics and recommend actions to clients to guide decision-making.
Will be responsible for Corporate reporting on compensation programs.
- Execution of the annual Compensation Review and Bonus Review , consistent with company objectives, practices and systems
- Conduct data analysis, and salary administration.
- Responsible for administration of employee benefits in all company operations.
- Communicate Organization’s benefit programs in regards to plan options, enrollment and policy features.
- Assists with employee eligibility and medical claims issues.
- Participates in the design, validation, and implementation of web and other tools in support of compensation programs.
Desired Profile
Post Graduate degree or equivalent in business, human resources, or related field.
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in multinational operations with at least 3 years in implementation and administration of HRIS & programs, policies and procedures.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong Presentation and documentation skills.
- Pleasing personality and good people handling skills
