Salary B/w :- 7 Lacs to 9 Lacs

Qualification :

- Graduate Engineer - Electrical / Mechanical with good track records and at least 10 years of experience in Facility Management of Multiple sites.

Skills :

- Engineering Services, Civil Interiors, DG Sets, Maintenance of LT / HT panels, Fire Alarm Systems, Fire Fighting System, Energy Management, Contracts Management, Vendor Management, Disaster Management, AMCs, Team Management, Liasoning work with authorities and developers.

Industry :

- Retail, Insurance, Banking, real state, Facility Management companies having exposure of multi site management.
