We are an Executive Search firm based out of by the name Laksh HR Pvt. Ltd. Noida with expertise in handling assignments at Middle & Senior level management. We also cater to cross section of industries like Engg /Manufacturing, Infrastructure/Real Estate, IT, Media, FMCG & Retail, Telecom, Banking, Insurance & Financial Services.

We have been retained by our client, one the leading Auto MNC Company as they are looking for Deputy Manager-Controlling (MIS, Budgeting & Variance) for Charni Road- Mumbai Location. Interview on 4th & 5th Sep 2012 at Mumbai

CTC-12 L PA

Qual: MBA in Finance (2007-2010 batch only)

A. Key purpose of the job

1) To contribute and facilitate in day to day controlling functions & facilitate in achieving the unit's profitability.

B. Profile of the job holder

1) Bachelor degree

2) Minimum 2-5 years of industrial experience in areas of sales unit controlling, accounting/reporting and accounts receivables/credit control.

3) Inter CA/ICWA/MBA in Finance

4) Good knowledge of written and spoken communication, skills on spreadsheets and analysis

5) Result Oriented, able to follow-up

C. Key responsibilities

1) Assist in extracting reports, preparation of regular MIS reports, with own observation on visible trends

2) Co-ordinate and prepare statement of comparison (actual expenses v/s budget expenses)

3) Assists in daily check lists to be taken as prescribed and corrective actions initiated accordingly for the respective BU

4) Facilitate the controller in assessing and preparing for provisions, write-off of inventory, accounts receivables etc

5) Prepare schedules and make provisions wherever required

6) Responsible for report preparation and MIS for the respective units and coordinate for the same.

7) Follow-up for unit's feedback on various financial matters in a timely manner

8) Assist in Monthly reporting
