I am looking for Deputy Manager - Client Servicing (International Business development) for India's leading company in packaging industry.
Designation - Deputy Manager / EO – Client Servicing - IBD
Reporting to - General Manager – IBD or Manager IBD
Qualification - MBA with a specialization in international marketing
Experience - 2 – 5 years of work experience in international marketing & sales, preferably in the packaging industry
Summary:
- This position will be responsible for negotiation, sale, installation or delivery and post-sale services to a group of clients. The position will also be responsible to sell products and/or services to current customers and identify new and potential customers. This position entails International Business development and client servicing. The position involves travel to the assigned International market.
Detail Responsibilities:
- Develop businesses with assigned customers and handling accounts independently wherever allocated
- Responsible for complete client servicing of existing customers
- Understand customer’s requirements which are both expressed as well as perceived needs (liase with their marketing, operations, purchase and packaging development teams)
- Understand the packaging trends, competitive scenario and complete the information/feedback loop to help formulate products/services and strategies to improve Companies share of business in the assigned market
- Provide suitable packaging solutions through recommendations in areas of raw materials, technology, process, treatment
- Perform the role of a single of point of contact between the customer and company departments
- Trouble shoot on complaints from both internal and external customers to ensure better performance Negotiate supply terms and get orders executed within specified time lines
- Increase turnover, value add and market share in established account
- Make a Business plan to execute the customer business as per the terms agreed and participate in the budgeting exercise and profit for the account
- Responsible for the Sales budget and the VA of the account
- Contribute to efficient working capital management through:
- Timely collection of dues and examine overdue payments
- Maintain nil finished goods inventory
- Marketing & Selling Skills
- Relationship Management
