- Leading & Mentoring BB/GB projects using Quality tools/techniques Conduct Quality Trainings (Six Sigma GB/YB/Lean) Strong Change Agent/Ability to drive change effectively Set up a robust ‘voice of customer’ captive process.

- Conduct regular Hygiene/ISO internal audits and drive closures on NC's Facilitate Ops & Quality reviews for the aligned business internally & externally Focus on Critical Process metrics/Csat initiatives.

- Drive continuous improvement.
