Analyst, Digital Data & Operations
Job Description :
- Cultivate positive relationships with our partners/ countries 'operations to effectively identify and co-create solutions to address team roadblocks and inefficiencies.
- Design Operations from a Global perspective to leverage on standardization while preserving local business requirements
- Be the point of contact on Operations for support and implementation of all digital enablement initiatives. Collaborate with all impacted departments and functions.
- Design and implement new business processes or revise existing business processes to integrate evolving digital enablement capabilities.
- Lead adoption and reinforcement of digital tools, processes, and capabilities by working cross- functionally with Back-Office Operations, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Local IT and CSSC.
- Create and implement knowledge articles (SOP, Training Manuals) for the Back-Office Operations and Sales Managers and yearly review of process to keep operations process up to date.
- Regularly reflect on the status-quo and continuously experiment with innovative ways to strengthen our team and improve our internal processes and systems.
Job Requirements :
- Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/competitors/customers
- Demonstrate sound knowledge in the general principles of operational processes; familiarity with the operations environment is a must
- Demonstrate Data management and analytics skills is a must
- Demonstrate advanced SAP skills is a must, CRM systems an advantage
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken
