Need a candidate who has handled hardcore pan india sales in the past. Has experience of handling, monitoring and motivating a team of 30-40 sales people taking care of multiple cities and reporting into him.

Prefer candidates who have experience in pushing a tech product down an unorganised market and in spreading awareness, educating users and in getting their clients trained on it.

Candidate should be a highly motivated individual with inspirational personality, leadership and people skills and capable of handling a team of raw graduates primarily from Delhi university and other metros.

Role may require extensive travel across india to various tourist destinations and major cities to hold seminars, conferences, trainings, workshops and converting and training a lot of hotel owners and managers to start getting used to a new age tech product for improving their sales.
