- The purpose is to identify create and manage an outsourced service network in the zone with an objective to provide quality front end service and upholding the customer friendly brand image.
- Principal accountabilities include Quality Service Provider,Customer satisfaction,Team building and channel partner management.
- Candidates from Consumer durable industry are preferred.
- Maintain trade relations & ensure customer satisfaction in the zone
To drive a team of field service executive for effective territory coverage & to ensure all service centres maintain the basic company norms on service.
