Divisional Sales Manager - 3rd Line
- Should be working in 3rd line manager
- Should be working in Gromax or Gastro Division Only
- Working knowledge in U.P., Uttarakhand locations
- Working location would be Lucknow
Sales and Marketing :
- Executing strategy and market plans in order to achieve the sales forecast and business development.
- Design and implement process for the sales and marketing operations and accountable for bottom line growth.
- Conduct market research and surveys to keep pace with the changing market trends and competitor moves.
- Identify, explore and develop new markets and tap profitable business opportunities.
Sales Promotion :
- Select & decide the right distribution channel for the product and implementing the right pricing and promotional policies.
- Organize sales promotional activities and events including awareness camps, etc.
Distribution Management :
- Achieve business targets in the designated territory via the existing dealer network, identifying new opportunities for growth, developing & implementing plans for demand generation and channel strategy.
- Develop and maintain the dealer distribution network for the achievement of primary and secondary sales.
- Evaluate performance & monitor distributor sales and marketing activities.
Relationship Management :
- Interact with customers to communicate the product, pricing and building brand image, by enhancing customer awareness
- Focus on customer satisfaction by handling customer feedback and minimizing customer grievances as well as monitor and control dues from the customers.
Team Management :
- Responsible for recruitment and training of personnel and team members to deliver quality service in the market.
- Provide direction and motivation to the sales team and distributors about the product for enhancing the overall performance.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of team members and assigning them targets on regular basis.
