- Responsible for the sales performance of the division
- Maximization of yield, controlling sales acquisition cost
- Meeting sales targets; preparation and adherence to budget
- Review and management of the performance of the sales team. Drive branch-wide initiatives for business development and productivity improvement in the Division
- Ensure implementation of Customer Loyalty program for the Division
- Ensure optimal channel mix to maximize business growth in the Division
- Effective monitoring and review of the Divisional Sales Team
