Divisional Manager - Support Services - Automobile/Engineering Industry

Qualification : Graduate in any discipline & additional qualification of MBA would be preferred

Experience : Preferably 12-18 years in Automobile / Engineering Industry

Location : Bajaj Auto Ltd, Waluj - Aurangabad (Maharashtra)

Brief job Description :

1. Responsible for maintaining harmonious industrial relations at the plant.

2. Responsible for overall security, fire and administrative functions at the plant.

3. Responsible for overall Occupational health centre operations at the plant.

2. Responsible for ensuring all legal compliances related to various acts applicable at the plant in timely manner.

3. Responsible for budget preparation and execution for all support services functions (Transport, Canteen, Housekeeping, security, OHC etc)

4. Guiding team members for driving cost saving initiatives in their respective areas.

5. Liaison with various government officials to secure BAL's interest as appropriate.

6. Manage unions and facilitate wage negotiation process at periodic intervals.

7. Ensure welfare initiatives are properly implemented.

8. Ensure OTPM implementation & SHEMS readiness for audits.

9. Overall management of service providers/ vendors in areas like canteen, transport, housekeeping, welfare, security etc.

10. Responsible for implementing corrective actions for audit findings in support services functions.
