Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Mainly Unsecured Business Loan portfolio handling

2. Managing the portfolio, giving year and year growth in value and number

3. Making sure all portfolios that goes to collection is managed effectively and efficiently

4. Managing branch relationship and liaison with Cluster Head's & TH's

5. Effective MIS management and giving data as when required

Desired Candidate Profile :

1. Having minimum 7/8 years of experience in Banks/ NBFC/ similar industry

2. Team Handling experience of minimum 10 staffs

3. Driving Business in challenging situation

4. Flexible with traveling
