Divisional Manager - Power Electronics Sourcing

Key Responsibilities

- Own and lead the strategic sourcing activities for Chassis & Cooling components.

- Drive cost engineering initiatives and implement CDMM (Component Development & Material Management) practices.

- Manage vendor development and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost, and delivery objectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and quality for sourcing decisions and supplier performance management.

- Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and mitigate risks.

Engage stakeholders effectively across various levels to align sourcing strategies with business goals.

- Contribute to product development with sourcing insights, especially for components such as: DC-DC, Aux Inverter, PDU, 5-IN-1, 4-IN-1, 3-IN-1(OBC, PDU, DC-DC), Instrument Cluster, Infotainment System, HV System & Lighting

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's degree preferred).

- Minimum 18 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing and Cost Management within the automotive sector.

- Prior experience working with OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers is highly desirable.

- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Deep understanding of supplier markets, cost structures, and value chain analysis.
