Role :

Lead - AXLE

- Design and development of front axles & Rear axle

- Addressing field failures in the current axles providing with suitable failure resolution.

- Product improvements in current design based on Technology, manufacturing easiness, standardization, customer requirement etc.

- Value engineering by reducing cost/ improving value of the product.

- Alternate source development & related design changes.

- Steering linkage selection & optimization for optimum steering effort & Turning circle

- Tyre, wheel selection & addressing field issues on tyre life.
