1. Work closely with the senior management team to understand the hiring requirement & sourcing the best talent for Leadership positions.
2. Perform the complete recruitment cycle starting from designing the Job description till the final onboarding of the candidate.
3. Handling recruitment and presenting the weekly dashboard for the positions.
4. Should be able to manage leadership hiring requirements globally
5. Should have 10+ years of experience in recruitment.
