- End to end delivery management for cutting edge. Defense products on Java & Linux platform.

- Drive all phases of SDLC i.e. architecture, design, design reviews, coding efforts of the team using Agile technology.

- Ensure optimized development processes are adhered to during development.

- Strong task manager with regular in-depth reviews.

- Prompt tracking and measurement to know the progress at any time.

- Define tools and methodologies to identify and leverage key strengths and opportunities for focused improvements.

- Drive the team of atleast 70-80 people team.

- Participating in requirement capturing with the client.

- Strong technical leader with understanding of cutting edge technology, design patters etc.

- Constant focus on prioritization, efforts, schedules, quality to meet the goals in timely manner.

- Excellent written and presentation skills.

- Strong educational background with B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech from top notch institutes

- Should have preferably worked on defense applications.

- Experience in light tactical real time applications with peer to peer architecture.

- Product engineering, strong delivery management.

- Liasoning with Product management team and end customer.
