Division Legal Counsel Lead

LL.B/ LL.M with minimum 6-8 years experience as an Legal counsel, with exposure to contract law and litigations will be an added advantage.

You will be responsible for all Law related matters which includes legal compliance ,vetting, reviewing ,drafting various agreements/contracts, litigation management (advising/strategizing litigations) and counselling of the company's Division Management concerning legal -intellectual property, corporate governance and compliance issues and provide legal advice on establishment, protection and transfer of intellectual property rights and maintenance and management of Group and Country policies and procedures, roll-out and compliance auditing of new policies and procedures .

You will also be involved in providing legal support with regard to commenting customer’s general terms and conditions, contract drafting, risk review process and support in contract negotiations with customers and suppliers and responsible for claims management.
