- Good Knowledge of LED based Luminaries.

- Should be capable of taking complete ownership of new product design, testing and validation of luminaries and light sources.

- Having good knowledge of designing/implementing different optical systems and LED Applications.

- Technical Marketing.

- Guidance to R&D.

- Strong in Mechanical Heat sink & optics

- Meeting with customers and meeting technical specs
