- Improve employee performance and productivity.
- Exemplify the culture and philosophies of the organization.
- Responsibilities: -Determine training needs and requirements for the organization or group by meeting with managers and employees and administering surveys.
- Chalking out an overall or individualized training and development plan and strategic goals. Identify learning issues, instruction problems, or new educational needs regarding specific employees and departments.
- Partner with Global Business Leaders to build critical action plans aligned with DE&I strategy. Partner with HR and Leaders in Asia to develop DE&I insight to enable a culture where employees feel included and they belong.
- Directed diversity programs, mentoring and community involvement and led DEI groups. Monitor DEI-related regulation and support implementation.
