Distribution Manager ( S.C ) -- MNC Personal Care Major With Global Presence

- Facilitate Pan India Distributions Centres’ inventory monitoring & stock movements, hence demand management as per SOP (Sales & Operations plan) & DRP (Distribution requirement plan) for Modern Trade Outlet ( LFS) across India.

- Support Logistics Execution & Fulfillment process by Analysing and Monitoring of KPIs (Key performance Indicators) for i.e. Inbound & Outbound logistics, Flow through/cross docking (Purchase / Distribute to order) and Inventory & Returns management across DCs, identifying gaps and resolving the same.

- Business process management (BPM) of supply chain processes, owning the process and ensuring controlled circulation

- Identifying opportunities for improvement (OFIs) and Implementation of various optimization measures that directly affect the bottom line.

- Preparing change requests (CRs) & performing UAT for aligning system (SAP MM/TMS) & processes with dynamic Business scenarios ensuring flawless execution by the end user.

- Data collection / data mining thru SAP/ DSS (Decision support system – Business Intelligence based application) to resolve various exceptions / infer conclusions out of data/ statistics & identify further improvements.
