1. Develop distribution channels in Semi urban & rural areas across Tier-II & Tier III towns in North & Western Indian states.
2. Develop business distribution for Business loans, MSME & SME loans specifically focused towards traders, services and manufacturing.
3. Explore and identify new sourcing avenues and channels to increase business volumes.
4. To plan & help execute local BTL events at branches for new direct lead generation.
5. Tie ups with local trade & market associations to generate leads.
6. Lead Generation through outreach activities.
7. Lead generation through Social Media.
8. Tie ups with affordable housing builders for business generation.
9. Keep abreast of trends and changes in the businesses and trades.
10. Conceptualize and develop business development activities to help branches in achieving the monthly targets.
11. Continuously monitor, assess, anticipate and meet requirements of the field sales with respect to policy and process simplification to reinforce the product in the market.
12. Branch wise Competition benchmarking.
13. Collaborate between Marketing and Sales teams to ensure that branding & marketing requirements are met.
