Distribution Manager - Supply Chain

Distribution Manager ( Supply Chain ) -- MNC Food Major

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for regional demand planning of 75 + Skus and NPD demand planning for all Sale Channel.

- Responsible for Secondary freight, warehousing and CFA operation which is close to Rs 600 crs PA.

- Responsible to make & drive the service level & cost agenda for long term future plans.

- Responsible for driving primary & secondary sale of region along with sale team which is 15% of total country sale.

- Responsible for MT fill rate.

- Responsible for depot aging and maintaining the right shelf life across depots.

- Responsible & implement for Replenishment model at depots.

- Responsible to drive all process and procedure with CFAs to drive the business growth.
