JOB BRIEF:
- Systematically Drive Growth of Width and Depth of Distribution among SI/VAR partners who drive end customer sales of Commercial PCs
- Distribution partners ROI maximization and Investment maximization in Commercial PC business
- Identify, Evaluate, and Appoint new Distribution partners in new markets
- Review Existing Distribution partners performance and drive change if necessary
- Drive Sales Team actions to meet the key objectives of the role
KEY ROLE:
- Market Sizing and Channel Map / Data Base with Partner TAM
- Distribution Strategy - Structure, Target Partner Base, Incentive Structuring, Target ROI planning etc.
- Driving Active Channel Partner Growth
- Monitoring Team PJP execution
- Setting Data Sync Systems and monitoring real time sync functionality
- Monitoring Distributor working capital sync
- Monitoring and driving actions that will lead to growth of Width and Depth of Distribution
- Supporting Product team with inputs from Channel on Competition Pricing and Channel Programs. Also providing inputs on formulating channel programs.
- Working closely with GTM team on Channel Communication strategy, Channel Engagement Strategy and execution of actionable
- Driving execution of new channel oriented initiatives
- Driving GTM actions with new Distributors
- Distribution policies updates from time to time if needed based on evolutionary learnings
- Distribution Partner meetings and reviews based on set cadence and driving execution actions
- Inputs to improvise Channel oriented MIS systems
