Job Responsibilities:
- Provide Business & Operational strategies, growth management and thought leadership
- Responsible for improving Distribution reach and efficiency by Infrastructure Development / Re-Alignment of Distributors to ensure Market Leadership and Incremental Revenue Share Leadership
- Responsible for driving Sales team for Prepaid targets / Distribution KPI's / monthly & annual budgets
- Revenue delivery in competitive markets by innovative Sales strategy and Market segmentation
- Devise Strategies and optimize resources to meet Market share and brand visibility objectives, ensuring Sales and Marketing Expenses within budgetary framework
- Planning / Budgeting and monitoring monthly and yearly spends - Cost Management
- Designing and implementing - Go-to-Market Strategy- and - Sales Processes- for the Consumer Prepaid
- Design and Roll out Reward & Recognition programs, lead Standardization & Simplification of Sales Processes
- Evaluate the performance of the entire Sales Team and ensured appropriate consequence management
