Position: Brand Manager.

Overview:
As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing Dista's brand equity while leading both the Social Media and Content teams.
You will oversee brand-related campaigns such as video ads, while also collaborating with the performance marketing team to create short-form videos for paid marketing.
Your efforts will ensure Dista's brand message is consistent, impactful, and resonates with a diverse global audience.
Responsibilities:
- Consumer Insights: Use market research to understand customer needs and preferences, and adapt brand strategies accordingly.
- Brand Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy to build and strengthen Dista's brand equity.
- Brand Communication: Oversee the development of brand messaging and narratives that resonate with diverse audiences across all touch points.
- Brand Campaigns: Lead the creation and execution of brand campaigns, including video ads, that align with Dista's core values and connect with our core audience.
- Team Leadership: Lead the Social Media and Content teams, providing direction and mentorship, ensuring content aligns with the brand's vision.
- Video Production Oversight: Manage agency and support the Video Editor on the team to produce high-quality video content for brand-building initiatives and performance-driven campaigns.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with design, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all customer touchpoints.
- Online Reputation Management (ORM): Help the CS team to manage Dista's online reputation, addressing customer feedback, managing reviews, and maintaining a positive brand image across all digital channels.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5 years of proven experience in brand management, ideally in e-commerce or lifestyle sectors.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and consumer psychology.
- Experience leading and mentoring teams, particularly in social media, content, and video production.
- Proficiency in video content creation and strategy, especially in the context of brand-building and paid marketing campaigns.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand-building.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
