The ideal person for this role should have worked at a high growth environment before with strong analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder/planning & management skills. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : - Lead the overall mandate for marketing planning and strategy, improving marketing efficiency and impact for the entire marketing org for Disney+ Hotstar - Design key acquisition metrics for D2C marketing through the year - Define metrics for measuring the impact of each marketing campaign - In partnership with other marketing leads, work with analytics /product/growth teams to develop frameworks & analytical models to predict outcomes (viewership growth or subscription growth) on the back of differential marketing investments - Own the mandate for reducing the customer acquisition costs using a combination of market mix modelling and customer LTV models - Deep dive into consumption outcomes and marketing impact, and continually recommend experiments on marketing approaches and tactics to the marketing teams, to consistently reduce CAC and improve ROI - Build marketing mix modelling to ascertain the ROI associated with each marketing lever/platform/channel within and across campaigns, with the aim of maximizing the ROI on marketing campaigns - Create a view on downstream impact of marketing in terms of Customer LTV, with the aim of maximizing the LTV - Closely collaborate with marketing leads and strategy teams for aligning on key acquisition metrics, marketing outcomes and BAU as well as annual D2C planning WHAT TO BRING - MBA from a premier B-school with an experience of 8-10 years in highly analytical growth-driven environments (candidates with a Management Consulting background preferred) - Experience in working in organizations which have scaled up fast - Knowledge of digital ecosystem, current marketing trends in acquisition as well as brand-building, marketing opportunities - Deep interest in the science of marketing and marketing mix modelling
