Job Title : Outbound Vendor Manager Work Location : Noida Function /Department : Call Centre Work Experience : 6+ Years CTC Band : 12 lpa Minimum Qualification : Preferable MBA Preferred Industry / Preferred Company: DTH, Broadcast, Media, Consumer Durable Brief Job Description : - Manage &amp; Monitor Performance of External Outbound CC Partners. - Perform as a functional bridge amongst External Vendors as well as Internal Stakeholders. - Coordinate all Partner Management tasks inclusive of working with External OB Partners and Internal Employees. - Ensure enterprise-wide needs for due diligence, risk assessment and continuing Vendor Monitoring are being accomplished. - Help and Coordinate Vendor Processes and Methods. - Troubleshoot all Aligned Partner Problems and Present to Management, as required. - Identify Process Gaps and work towards improvement areas internally as well as perform closely with all internal stakeholders to prepare solutions. - Identify and implement continuously enhance efficiencies associated with Vendor Management plus produce fulfillment. - Participate to formulate workflow processes, methods and policies for applying Vendors, Monitor Contractual Agreements. - Ensure to collaborate with IT areas to assure vendor partners effectively manage plus contracts are completely leveraged. - Prepare Processes for as well as Manage Analysis, Selection and Transition. - Stimulate steady Process Enhancement to present increasing Operational Efficiency in entire Business Partner Processes. - Support to Explore Expansion across New Business Lines. - Regular (Daily, Weekly &amp; Monthly) Interlock/Reviews with Partners on Key KPI's. Key Skill Sets Required : - Analytical skills: Able to analyse new and changing scenarios and adapt the workflow to the new requirements - Good Hand in Excel and Power point - Communications skills: Correct communication in tone and style for each situation.
