Social Media Manager
What we are looking for :
DirectShifts is growing rapidly and looking for a Social Media & Community Manager. We are looking for competitive, coachable, and incredibly tenacious sales executives who are not only true sales professionals but who can bring unique value to our rapidly growing team.
As a results-driven and data-driven marketing expert, you will actively create and design content and effective messaging for :
- Attracting new clients and clinician users
- Promote new product features and services
- Help build and drive community engagement for clinicians on DirectShifts
Joining our marketing team will give you the opportunity to apply your skill-set as you build and sustain growth, community, and helping healthcare organizations solve their staffing issues.
You'll be joining a collaborative team of professionals who support each other and create a friendly, competitive, and winning team culture.
Specifically, you will :
- Design and implement social media strategies focused around : employer marketing, product marketing, and clinician marketing.
- Remain action-oriented and driving processes to standardize language, messaging, and offerings, consistent with the brand across all social media platforms.
- Work with other Copywriters and Content Writer(s) on the team to create content pertinent to attracting new clients, engaging new and existing clinician users, and promoting new product feature releases.
- Manage and optimize social ads for both clinicians and employers
- Responsible for improving click rates on ads to drive confirmed user growth, applications per month, and website traffic through social media (I.e., influence marketing, etc.)
- Design and implement different strategies for community engagement (I.e., partnerships, perks & benefits for users, etc.)

- 10+ years in a marketing and/or growth role
- Action-oriented and self-starting
- An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with working outside of described role when needed, and wearing multiple hats
- Makes data-driven decisions
Comfortable working EST hours (6.30 pm to 3 am IST)
