We are looking for someone who has extensive experience in Workforce Management / Smastering the concepts of supply vs demand, and the connection between resource management and financial metrics.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:.
- Overall responsibilities of the work force mgmt team in India.
- Ownership and/or oversite of work force mgmt special projects.
- Participation and responsibilities for Business Management projects and initiatives.
- Member of the leadership team coordinating deliverables among Resource Management, Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development.
- Oversight of hiring, both full-time and short-term contract, for the business units we support.
- Involvement in cost of delivery management and analysis.
Qualifications:.
- An MBA with 15+ yrs experience.
- Worked extensively in work force mgmt in a matrixed global organization.
- Experience in Workforce Planning / Workforce Management.
- Direct People Management experience , preferably upto 10 team members.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Should have been a part of Leadership team, visionary and managed talent planning conversation representing Business.
- Should have collaborated with multiple functions within HR.
- Experience in building relationships across the spectrum.
- Experienced managing staffing requirements, expectations, conflicts.
