Job Description :

- Lead the delivery & implementation function for the Workday Adaptive practice

- Lead & manage teams for various large complex projects

- Provide expertise in delivery, solutioning, operations, compliance, client & stakeholder management, transformation & business intelligence

- Be the face of the organisation for clients across geographies

The Successful Applicant :

- 10+ years of experience in a team management role with an IT services company or Workday partner company as a delivery and implementation leader

- Consulting experience in Workday Adaptive with a leading organisation

- Should have managed large teams for complex projects

- Workday Adaptive certified
