Job Description - This is an exciting opportunity to define, develop and oversee the wholesale risk modeling function across the diverse investment banking product classes, including setting up the wholesale credit risk modeling function from scratch. It also requires you to be a business leader building and managing a sizeable team by nurturing a culture and environment that encourages innovation, continuous improvement and best practice. You will report directly to the Global Head of Modeling and work closely with regional and global stakeholders to maintain the high standards this revered organization is renowned for.

The Successful Candidate - This is a challenge that calls for a self-starter who will thrive in this diverse and dynamic environment. You will be a professional with extensive experience in developing credit risk models within the corporate or commercial portfolio, along with an in depth understanding of model development, validation and stress testing. In addition to a relevant degree, you must have exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to drive large teams.
