Current Open Position: Director / Senior Director/ Vice president - Engineering

We're looking for a Engineering leader ,who will be leading the company's technical vision, overseeing all aspects of technology development, and ensuring the deliver of highly scalable applications.

Working with the CEO and other business leaders you will develop, lead and evolve a new gen media platform. This role will be critical in scaling and growing our business, while also ensuring that we stay ahead of the curve in terms of technological advancements.

You will be in charge of delivering best in class product solutions and services and assist in building a good reputation as being the best of the best not only due to technology but also as an employer of choice for the best media tech experts within the industry.

Responsibilities:

- Define and direct the execution of a compelling new gen media technology vision and strategy

- Define technology strategies and architectures to meet the long-term commercial, operational, compliance and growth objectives.

- Be responsive and decisive on adjusting our product & service offerings as customer requirements, market conditions and technology landscapes evolve.

- Deliver system functionality, commercial value and user experience

- Evaluate third party tools / services to advise on buy / build / partner decisions.

- Ensure the right capability and capacity exists within the Technology function to deliver what is needed for continued business growth.

- Maximize commercial value by ensuring both cost to deliver and cost to serve are managed

- Build, develop and inspire empowered technology; promote excellent research and development capability within the company

- Maintain detailed awareness of current and emerging software / cloud technology trends / developments new gen media / internet trends / and their application relative to your role and business objectives

You must have:

- 15-20 years of experience with an extensive background in Online Media/New Gen Media, Internet & Technology domains.

- Built products & software that work large scale & developed technical capabilities that enable organizations to rapidly innovate & build differentiated products.

- Experience in deploying multiple tech capabilities such as Security / Development / Infrastructure and Delivery teams.

- Experience in working with startups and expanding Products & Technology organization.

- A proven track record of building high performing teams that focus on innovation, intellectual property & collaboration.

- Ability to take the high-level vision & execute across diverse technologies & functional areas.

- Managed the technical aspects of an organization to ensure that they are in line with the company growth targets.

- Ensured that technological resources meet the company's short and long- term needs.

- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in a related field from premier universities will be an added advantage.

- Deep knowledge of full-stack modern development practices (node.js, angular, java javascript, AWS/Azure, DS, flutter, react, etc.)

- Hands-on experience in digital initiatives, big data, mobile apps, AI & ML, analytics, and business intelligence solutions

- Ability to convert data into usable modern technology-driven solutions
