About our Client:

- Our client is a leading player with a global presence in the banking space. With a very strong foothold in India, they are looking to add a Director / VP for Financial Reporting, based out of the Pune office.

Job Description - Reporting to the Head of Finance, your key responsibilities would include:

- Ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting of consolidated accounts

- Streamlining, standardization and documentation of financial process and policies across locations

- Improving the control environment for the finance and accounts function across all locations

- Leading a large team and ensuring their career progression.

The Successful Candidate:

- You will be a CA with at least 10-15 years of post-qualification experience.

- The incumbent needs to have hands-on experience as well as strong team and people management skills.
