This position will serve as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for company's Performance Campaigns (i.e. UAC, Facebook, OEMs, Affiliates etc).
What you will do in this role
- Architect the paid acquisition strategy for company globally, managing around INR 50-75Crs of spends
- Continuously focus on improving ROI for the performance campaigns by identifying the right channels to acquire quality audiences
- Scale acquisitions in India and expand to new geographies globally
- Stay ahead of the curve by tracking metrics, analyzing data, identifying emergent trends, researching competitive activity & presenting insights.
What you should have
- Strong understanding of the paid acquisitions landscape with 8-10 years of demonstrable experience in UAC / GDN, Facebook, SEM, OEMs.
- Ability to work with tech teams to onboard cutting-edge tools that drive efficiency and scale
- Deep appreciation for communications and the value it brings to the performance of digital campaigns
- Advanced working knowledge of Google Ads Console, Webmaster console, Moz, Google Play Console, Apple Developer account, App Annie and email marketing tools.
- Basic SQL knowledge
