Director/VP - Corporate/Internal Communications - Asset Management Firm

Role:

- Define and align the regional communications strategy with global communications strategy and business objectives

- Focus his or her efforts on enterprise-wide, regional brand, employee engagement and internal initiatives

- Work directly with the leadership teams to ensure vision and progress in India is communicated effectively through all employee communications, townhall and other internal events

- Serve as a strategic communications leader coordinating with internal clients, primarily senior leaders from human capital, corporate citizenship, sustainability and DE&I

- Advisory and standardization for any Internal communications, ensure proactive and timely internal and external communication (as relevant) for all pan India initiatives

- Coordinate across India offices to ensure consistency in communications and strategy

- Proactively support recruiting campaigns and firmwide programs (e.g., citizenship, purpose and people topics) with original content customized for the region

- Compose/edit employee communications, digital content, presentations, and written correspondence
