- As a product leader you are responsible for enabling & executing Core Product Management activities and drive synergies across all core products & across the organization

- Develop product vision in partnership with top management

- Having a 10 member+ solid leadership team who comes with diverse experience of 20+ years across leading firms in the industry, they are on the verge of revolutionizing this space for Indian market

Description :

- Understand company's strategy & ecosystem to define the product vision

- Lead a team of 5+ Product managers across levels and align them with organisation's vision

- Lead the ideation, technical dev. and launch of innovative products

- Generating Project Plan for development or enhancement of product features

- Analyse metrics that inform the success of products

Profile :

- 8+ Years of overall experience with proven track record in building scalable products

- Should have solved problems for Indian Customers

- Proven analytical skills and drive structured thinking

- Should be comfortable operating in a start-up environment

- Tier-1 College Engineering Graduate + MBA is preferred
