Director/Vice President - Financial Planning & Analysis - Financial Services

D/VP FP&A

Position Summary :

- The job holder is expected to provide insight and challenge to ensure business leaders develop, agree, and deliver on these ambitious, strategically aligned and financially disciplined business plans.

- FP&A lead will play a key business advisory role supporting decision making at a senior level, highlighting key financial issues and risks to be considered.

- S/he will be responsible to provide the financial support for the strategic plan run future financial projections budgeting, forecasting, reporting and control of the P&L cash flow and capital adequacy management scenario analysis and risk management support and financial reporting and P&L appraisal.

- A key responsibility for the role is to lead and develop the FP&A team through effective performance management techniques to enable achievement of business & functional objectives.

- MIS, Budgeting & Expense Management

Skill/ Experience Essential/ Desirable :

- Professional accountancy qualification (CA/ICWAI, or equivalent)

- This position requires a critical eye, solid analytical skills, advance skills in Excel and excellent attention to detail.

- Experience of at least 15 years+ working in financial services and LI industry preferable.

- Working at Executive level, and preferably experience of report writing and presentations.

- Building detailed models and forecasts in a complex environment.
