Role description :
- To be part of a growing Valuation/Transaction Advisory firm - part of a leading financial advisory firm with offices across India, Middle East and Singapore
- Position to be based in Gurgaon
- Lead overall Business with focus on business development for RBSA across all service lines in Delhi/NCR
- To develop the business opportunities and create new clientele in Delhi/NCR
- Identify Target Markets viz. Banks, Financial Institutions, Private Equity, Corporates, Government, Audit Firms, Law firms etc
- Quickly grasping client business requirements and fit solutions around those specific needs
- Manage all phases of the business development cycle to ensure successful closure
- Capitalize and qualify leads using industry news and publications
- Develop client and financier relationships across the region
Experience required:
- 14+ years of Business Development and Valuation execution experience of working with leading financial services firms with preference for Valuation / Transaction Advisory /Corporate Finance firm
- Proven track record in Business Development and Work Execution
- Strong understanding of business and regulatory environment in India
- Existing connections with business groups/corporates and providers of Capital (PE, Banks, NBFC and stress funds)
- Demonstrated Business Development and execution experience in multiple sectors
Qualifications and skills:
- MBA or CA or MBA/CFA from a good institution in India/abroad
- Strong team and networking skills
- Good presentation and communication skills
