Director - UI/UX - Bank

Must have skills:

- 8+years of experience in strategizing and building consumer facing products, both Ui and UX.

- A portfolio with 2-3 detailed UX case studies (Launched or unlaunched products). Also, must have a body of work that are currently in use by the intended users at scale.

- Excellent listening, written, verbal communication skills, storytelling, and documentation skills.

- Analytical, creative, and strategic thinker- able to develop innovative solutions to business problems.

- A portfolio of previous work must be presented incorporating UI designs and/or sketches that demonstrate an understanding of wireframing, interaction design, and design best practices.

- Hands-on expertise in use case development, storyboarding, mock-ups, and highly interactive prototypes.

- Expertise in collaborating with user research.

- Having an expert level skill in visual design and prototyping is a must. Also, it's expected to have strong expertise in design thinking and user research.
