Director - Finance

Key Job Responsibilities:

- This person must be great in preparing bank applications for new Term Loan, new working capital facilities and renewal of working capital facilities and tax management for the whole group.

Treasury and Banking :

- Managing the Group's treasury function in timely manner.

- Preparation of bankable working capital and project finance proposals, and syndication of short term and long-term borrowings from banks and financial institutes

- Maintaining relationships with banks and financial institutes.

Commercial :

- Responsible for overall procurement functions of the Group; managing international procurement formalities; finalization of commercial contracts with vendors and suppliers.

- Negotiation of Letter of Credit (LCs) with banks, dealing with insurance companies, etc.

Education and Experience:

- Chartered Accountant from India with at least 20+ years of post-qualification experience.
