Key Deliverables:
- Formulate and deliver innovative and cost effective technology solutions for provider side functions.
- Deliver services and intelligent automation products across the entire spectrum of Revenue Cycle Management (viz, Medical Transcription, Accounts Receivable, Medical Billing, Medical Coding, Payment Processing etc)
- Build and offer sophisticated solutions to clients by applying driving Transformation Projects / Automation Projects using
- Lean and Six Sigma
- Data Analytics
- Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
- Customer Operations Performance Centre (COPC)
- Drive Business Excellence agenda, conceptualise framework for Business Excellence Model, develop benefit measurement matrix, Scorecard management, Integrating vision and strategy, to deliver improved and predictable business results.
- Identify improvement opportunities and define robust methodologies for process optimisation
- Develop and lead the change management program that establishes a culture of excellence and leads the organization to sustainable levels of Process and Business Excellence.
- Understand customer requirements for process development/modification, and advise on better approaches to overcome the bottlenecks and increase efficiency
- Develop and facilitate a strong working relationship with business partners through ongoing coordination and effective communication and demonstrate conflict resolution skills
Qualifications and Experience
- B Tech (Must) + MBA (Desirable) with 10+ years of work experience.
- Min 3 years of experience in executing transformation projects in the Healthcare domain.
- Should have led minimum 5 Transformation projects in Healthcare domain
