Director - Transformation - Investment Banking/Capital Market Domain

A Leading Bank is looking for a Transformation Leader .

The incumbent shall be responsible for :

- The person will be primarily responsible for designing & driving strategic change initiatives in the Capital Market's / Investment Banking domain.

- Shall be driving Global Change Programs.

- The individual will be a senior member of the global change management team within GO

- Shall be dealing with International stakeholders and henceforth required to have a very strong communication and articulation skills.

- The incumbent should be from financial sector with good level understanding of IB Product (operations/lifecycle etc)

- Strong experience in Change Management and Transformation.
