We are currently retained by growth stage Edtech to recruit Director Training for Delhi / Bangalore Location.
Job Synopsis as below :
- Collaborates, innovates, and consults with business leaders to identify and define training metrics and approaches that drive strategy, performance, and efficiency for the business.
- Collaborating with senior leadership to develop training programs in areas such as leadership development and conflict resolution
- Conducting performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and recommend ways to improve performance where needed
- Managing employee performance through coaching, counseling, training, and discipline when necessary
- Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
- High levels of resourcefulness, influence/ organizational savvy, execution skills (strategy through implementation) are critical to the success of this individual
- Coach the L&D team in the development, design, delivery, and evaluation of high-impact learning interventions.
