About our Client - Our client is a leading multinational bank with strong presence in Indian market. As a part of strengthening their position within the trade finance business, they are looking at bringing a experienced Trade Finance operations professional on board in Delhi. The main business lies within the Large Corporates and the PSU segment within the region.

Job Description - Reporting in a matrix environment, you would be responsible for liaising with Singapore office and ensuring smooth roll out of operations for various products being launched on the platform. Furthermore you would also streamline existing operations while incorporating customer feedback and requirements. You would be providing product solutioning support for complex deals, managing projects within the approved timeframe and budget, sponsoring launches of product enhancement, articulating the product strategy and executing on the annual operating plan, and providing leadership to commercialize global aspirations. Furthermore you would also liaise with the Technology team in the region to introduce the various product offerings to the clients.

The Successful Candidate - You should have at least 12+ years of relevant banking experience with at least 6 years trade finance operations experience across a variety of industries and company sizes with strong structuring skills. You will bring a thorough knowledge of understanding the product team requirement and streamline the operations accordingly. Experience of product development and implementation would be a big plus. The incumbent should be working as a Trade Finance Operations Head within the current organisation to be considered for this role.
