Director - Testing Delivery - IT

Job Description:

- E2E delivery management for a large Testing program engagement

- Must have managed team of at least 300 people across accounts with leads PM in each engagement;

- Participate in creating proposals deal reviews and making presentations to the clients

- Delight clients with delivery and continuous improvements on delivery process quality and productivity

- Conduct periodic delivery reviews identify issues and resolve them advise on risks and suggest corrective actions

- Manage and improve offshore cost of delivery and contribution margins

- Work with onsite delivery executives and transform delivery

- Work with client executives and enhance offshore business

- Work with the project leads to build capability plans in line with upcoming requirements

- Work closely with customer management to understand the business requirement for the projects developing effective working relationships and ongoing management processes for the project
