Director - Test Preparation - International School Chain

Spectral Consultants is hiring fir the role of Test Prep - Director with one of the Global chain of International school.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Lead and manage the entire Test Prep group in India, and provide coaching, training, and guidance as needed.

2. Organize NEET & JEEE & Other competitive exam related coaching/third party tie up for Indian campuses.

3. Work closely with Principals and the corporate office on implementing the program.

4. Increasing enrolment through these programs.

5. Responsible for P & L Management.

6. Help students of grade 11th / 12th with their Boards preparation and preparing them simultaneously for the competitive exams.

7. Conduct assessments and interpret the results to help students identify their strengths, interests, and career aspirations.

8. Develop and implement programs that align with the needs of students and the school community.

9. Collaborate with faculty to integrate program and provide resources to support student success.

10. Build relationships with parents, community organizations, and employers to identify experiential learning opportunities for students.

11. Develop marketing strategies to promote Test Prep services and attract students.
