He /She is responsible for building and maintaining key client relationships, developing the GTA team capabilities in line with US and Global IT Auditing and Attestation standards. He/She is responsible for driving the growth of GTA service offerings and laying out the GTA road map for it's growth and journey up the value chain. Client Details This opportunity is with one of the largest professional services firm Description Potential candidate should have led or managed large teams delivering IT Audit/Assurance/Attestation services for clients in the domestic market or offshore delivery centers. The candidate is expected to have strong experience and technical knowledge in the areas of Technology Assurance Solutions including IT Audit/Assurance, IT Attestation (SOC 1/2/2+) and Internal Audit/Risk & Controls. The candidates should have led and managed teams in the delivery SOX 404 assessments, technology risk assessment, process understanding with the clients, identifying control gaps, review of the design and operating effectiveness of technology controls (GITCs and ITACs) pertaining to Client's Internal Controls Over Financial Reporting, SOC 1 and SOC 2 (System and Organization Controls) SSAE18 assessments in accordance with the attestation standards established by the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants), efficient delivery on engagements and/or implement internal process improvements / automations, subject matter expertise in chosen fields (e.g., SOC2 + assessments, specific technology platforms, disruptive technologies, evolving compliance regulations, sectors etc.). Profile Education and Experience - Education Qualification: BE/B.Tech or Science graduate; Post-Graduates (MBA / MCA / MTech) or equivalent. - Certifications like CISA, CISSP, CRISC, ISO 27001 LA, PMP preferred. - Work Experience: The candidate must have 15+ years of relevant experience with at least 6+ years in a similar role, preferably with a Big 4 firm.
