Job Title -Director-Technical Customer Services
Job Location - Jaipur
Relevant Exp.required:
- Experience in International Semi-Technical/Technical process.(Voice Process)
- Must be designated level above Senior Manager
- Must be comfortable with 24- 7 shifts & 6 days working.
- Core experience should be in Technical support system, Trouble Shooting
- Should have managed some reputed campaigns in Tech space, B2B campaign, Blend of Voice and Non Voice Operations
- Should have a good BPO and Customer Service experience.
